Shipping Destinations
Wren Supply Co. ships to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are unable to ship to other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods.

Contiguous United States (lower 48 states & DC):
Standard USPS/UPS Ground Shipping — $6.99
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days
Free Standard USPS/UPS Ground Shipping — Free on orders $80+
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands:
Standard USPS Ground Advantage — $24 (orders up to 8 lbs) or $40 (orders over 8 lbs)
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
Free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous United States only. Select oversized items may not be available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or peak periods outside our control.

Orders ship via major U.S. carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Wren Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shop@wrensupplyco.com and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
