Three cream tapers in pure beeswax, handmade in Catskill, New York from local wax. 10 in each, about ten hours of burn apiece. The faint honey smell is the wax itself, not a fragrance.

Hand-forged metal in a raw nickel finish, faceted body on a wide flared base — low and weighted, so a tall taper doesn't tip it. About 3 in tall.

Matte black ceramic, stripped down to the shape — a modern read on the early American chamberstick, the handled holder you carried to bed. 4 in across, holds a standard taper. Spot clean; it doesn't like moisture.

Milky white glaze over ceramic, poured unevenly the way handwork goes — so it catches light differently around the rim. 4 in across, holds a standard taper.
